How I use payment subscriptions?
Follow these simple steps to create subscriptions.
Create you account
Find at the top the button called “create your account” and register on Flow.
Enter to the portal
Go to the “subscription” section in the Flow portal.
Create a subscription
Select one of the plans and click on “subscribe client”.
Finish the process
Enter the subscription information and click on “Save.”

Are refunds available?
Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in flow.cl and enter the section ‘Refund.’ Then, go to ‘new’ and select the refund order number.
If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the following account. Bank: Santander.

Subject: Flow refund accreditation. (You also enter the email address of your Flow’s account). Once the transfer is completed, you must send the receipt to soporte@flow.cl. You also need to include your Flow login email so the accreditation can be processed.
After the transfer is confirmed through email, the amount will be credited to your Flow account so you can proceed with the refund.
Important: When a refund request is generated, you must inform your customer about it, as they must confirm the refund. If your customer does not confirm it, the refund will not be processed.
How can I affiliate a customer with a subscription payment?
You need to log in to the Customer Portal, click on Suscripciones and select the plan of your choice. Then, click on Suscribe clientes, modify the necessary information, and choose the customers you wish to invite to the plan.
Once you have selected the customers, click on Suscribir.
Are refunds available?
Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in Flow and enter the ‘Reembolso’ section. Then, go to ‘Nuevo’ and select the refund order number.
If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the Flow account. For more information go to the Refund page.

When do I receive the deposit for my sales?
When will I receive my money? Within 3 business days of payment.
Will Flow notify me by email?
Yes, first, Flow will send you an email with the details of the transfer (settlement of services) and your payments status will change to "Depositado".
At the same time, Flow will send instructions to the bank to transfer the money to your bank account.
Later, once the transfer to your bank account has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from the bank and you will see the payment reflected in your bank.
How do I get Cargo Automático (subscription)?
If you don't have a Flow account yet, you must register and complete the onboarding process. Once you've finished, you'll be able to activate this payment method.
If you already have an account, log in to the private portal, select Medios de pago from the side menu, activate the payment method and save the changes.
