How do I integrate the plugin in my ecommerce?

Find at the top the button called “create your account” and register on byFlow.
Go to the documentation
Select your e-commerce platform to integrate Flow as a payment method.

Follow the steps and complete your integration to start collecting payments online.

What is the minimum sales amount allowed?
Are refunds available?
Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in flow.cl and enter the section ‘Refund.’ Then, go to ‘new’ and select the refund order number.
If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the following account. Bank: Santander.

Subject: Flow refund accreditation. (You also enter the email address of your Flow’s account). Once the transfer is completed, you must send the receipt to soporte@flow.cl. You also need to include your Flow login email so the accreditation can be processed.
After the transfer is confirmed through email, the amount will be credited to your Flow account so you can proceed with the refund.
Important: When a refund request is generated, you must inform your customer about it, as they must confirm the refund. If your customer does not confirm it, the refund will not be processed.
When do I receive the deposit for my sales?
Is it necessary to have business activities?
Yes, Flow must provide the SII (IRS in English) with a detailed report on the transactions made under a natural or legal person's RUC (TIN in English). Everyone who creates a new account on Flow will receive an email requesting documents to validate the information submitted on the form before the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (Internal Revenue Service in English).
Are refunds available?
Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in Flow and enter the ‘Reembolso’ section. Then, go to ‘Nuevo’ and select the refund order number.
If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the Flow account. For more information go to the Refund page.

What is the cost of using Flow?
Flow service is free for those who pay with bank cards, store credit cards, coupons, and more.
Flow charges a fee for its service to only those who receive money through the platform. Flow fee is subject to the payment method selected for the deposit.
The deposit is made within 3 business days.
The costs can vary depending on your type of business.
There are no fixed, periodic, subscription, or maintenance costs.

When do I receive the deposit for my sales?
When will I receive my money? Within 3 business days of payment.
Will Flow notify me by email?
Yes, first, Flow will send you an email with the details of the transfer (settlement of services) and your payments status will change to "Depositado".
At the same time, Flow will send instructions to the bank to transfer the money to your bank account.
Later, once the transfer to your bank account has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from the bank and you will see the payment reflected in your bank.
Do I have to start activities to use Flow?
Yes, we remind you that if you have a business and frequently offer products or services, you must have your start of activities or registration with the corresponding tax authority in your country.
Flow, as part of its customer knowledge policies, reserves the right to request documentation to support these circumstances, in accordance with the information provided by the Business itself and/or its behavior as a user of the Flow Platform.
