In Flow it is possible to pay and receive payments through Bank Transfers:

I am a business and I want to activate electronic transfers (SPEI)

  1. If you do not have an account with us yet, you must register with Flow. In the register form you can select the payment methods you wish to activate.
  2. If you already have a Flow account and want to add Bank Transfers to your payment methods, follow these steps:
    • Log in to your Flow account.
    • Go to the Medios de pago menu.
    • Click on the Editar datos button.
    • Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
    • Click on the Guardar cambios button.
    • You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
    • Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.

Instructions for making an online payment with SPEI electronic transfer

To make an online payment using SPEI, the customer must follow the steps detailed below. Once the transaction is completed, Flow will immediately notify the commerce about the payment made.

  1. Payment Method Selection:
    The customer must select SPEI as the payment method on the platform.
  2. Payment Voucher Display:
    Next, a page will appear with the payment voucher details, including the bank account number to which the customer should make the transfer. This section will also indicate the exact amount to be transferred.
    • Incorrect Payment:
      If the customer makes a transfer for an amount different from the one specified in the order, the payment will be rejected and an automatic refund will be made to the customer. Additionally, an email will be sent notifying them that the exact payment must be made as indicated on the payment slip.
  3. Confirmation and redirection to the receipt:
    Once the payment has been made, Flow will redirect the customer to a page where the payment receipt will be displayed, along with the details of the transaction made.
  4. Notifications:
    After confirming payment, Flow will send two notifications:
    • A payment made notification will be sent to the commerce.
    • A payment receipt will be sent to the customer.
