How do you create a payment link?
Follow these simple steps to create a payment link
Create your account
Find at the top the button called “create your account” and register on Flow.
Enter to the portal
Go to the “payment link” section and fill in the required information.
Share link
Share the link with your customers through the channel you want.
Create your QR
You can also send a QR code for the payer to scan it with their phone.

- Flow service is free for those who pay with bank cards, store credit cards, coupons, and more.
- Flow charges a fee for its service to only those who receive money through the platform.
- Flow fee is 3.25% + IVA. + $ 2.50 + IVA.

- It depends on the nature of the settlement time for each payment method.
- The deposit will be reflected depending on the business day selected for it.
- It should be remembered that, if your client buys on Friday, the first following business day is Monday or on a holiday, the following business day.

Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in Flow and enter the ‘Reembolso’ section. Then, go to ‘Nuevo’ and select the refund order number.
If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the Flow account. For more information go to the Refund page.
