Servipag
In Flow it is possible to pay and receive payments through Servipag in different ways.
Online payment: Bank payment buttons.
Payment at Servipag branches: Cash payment using an in-person payment coupon.
I am a business and I want to activate Servipag in my Flow account
- If you do not yet have a Flow account, you can create an account here. In the registration form you can select the payment methods you wish to activate.
- If you already have a Flow account and want to add Servipag to your payment methods, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Flow account.
- Go to the Medios de pago menu.
- Click on the Editar datos button.
- Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
- Click on the Guardar cambios button.
- You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
- Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.
Online payment
This option allows a specific customer to pay online using Bank payment buttons:

To make an online payment using Servipag, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is made, Flow will immediately notify the business (commanding user) about the payment made.
- First, the customer must select Servipag as the payment method:
- Next, they must enter their data and select the type of payment, which can be Checking account or Debit.
- Depending on the type of payment selected, the customer will be directed to the bank, where they will be asked to enter the authentication data for their current account, checking account or debit card:
- Once the authentication data has been entered correctly, Servipag will confirm the online payment:
- In turn, Flow will immediately notify the payment made:
- A notice of payment made will be sent to the business.
- A proof of payment will be sent to the customer.
- If the business uses an integration API, its system will be notified online about the payment made.
- Finally, if the customer clicks on the Volver al comercio button (see image in point 4):
- They will be directed to the Flow success page, where their payment information will be shown.
- If the merchant uses an integration API, this page will not be displayed and they will be directed to the merchant's success page.
Payment at Servipag branches
This option allows a specific customer to pay in cash, using a payment voucher in person, at any Servipag branch.
To make a payment at Servipag branches, the customer must issue a payment voucher and then go to pay said voucher. Once the customer completes the payment, Flow will immediately notify the business (commissioning user) about the payment made.
Issue payment voucher
- First, the customer must select Servipag as the payment method:
- Next, they must enter their data and select the payment type, which must be Cupón de pago:
- The payment voucher will be issued and automatically sent to the email entered by the customer.
- Finally, if the customer clicks on the Volver al comercio button (see image in point 3):
- They will be directed to the Flow return page, where they will be shown information about their payment voucher
- If the merchant uses an integration API and has their return URL configured, this page will not be displayed and they will be directed to the merchant's return page
Pay payment voucher
- To complete the payment, the customer must go to any Servipag branch throughout the country, where it is important to carry the payment coupon printed or available on your mobile phone. The customer can search for the closest Servipag branch.
- Once the customer completes the payment at any Servipag branch, Flow will notify the payment made:
- A notice of payment made will be sent to the merchant.
- A proof of payment will be sent to the customer.
- If the merchant uses any integration API, its system will be notified online about the payment made.
