In Flow it is possible to pay and receive payments through RedPay Prepago Los Héroes App.

I have a business and I want to activate Redpay in my Flow account

  1. If you do not have an account with us yet, you must register with Flow. In the register form you can select the payment methods you wish to activate.
  2. If you already have a Flow account and want to add RedPay to your payment methods, follow these steps:
    • Log in to your Flow account.
    • Go to the Medios de pago menu.
    • Click on the Editar datos button.
    • Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
    • Click on the Guardar cambios button.
    • You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
    • Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.

Online payment

To make an online payment using Onepay, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is completed, Flow will immediately notify the business (client user) about the payment made.

  1. First, the customer must select Redpay as the payment method:
  2. Next, if the customer is at a computer, they must scan the QR code using the Redpay app previously installed on their mobile phone.
    • To scan the QR code, open the app and click on the Transferir y pagar QR button:
    • To continue, click on Comenzar and then on Escanear código QR:
  3. On the other hand, if the customer is on a mobile phone, they must click on the Seleccionar mi billetera button which will redirect them to Redpay to select their preferred digital wallet.
  4. In the next step, the customer will be able to view the transaction details and then confirm the payment:
  5. Once the payment is confirmed, your digital wallet will indicate that the payment has been made successfully:
  6. In turn, Flow will immediately notify the payment made:
    • A payment notice will be sent to the merchant.
    • A proof of payment will be sent to the customer.
    • If the merchant uses any integration API, its system will be notified online about the payment made.
  7. Finally, the customer:
    • Will be directed to the Flow success page, where they will be shown information about their payment.
    • If the merchant uses an integration API, this page will not be displayed and they will be directed to the merchant's success page.
