Onepay

In Flow it is possible to pay and receive payments through Onepay, an electronic wallet to pay with bank cards, without entering the card details each time.

I have a business and I want to activate Onepay in my Flow account

1. If you do not have an account with us yet, you must register with Flow. In the register form you can select the payment methods you wish to activate.
2. If you already have a Flow account and want to add Onepay to your payment methods, follow these steps:
   • Log in to your Flow account.
   • Go to the Medios de pago menu.
   • Click on the Editar datos button.
   • Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
   • Click on the Guardar cambios button.
   • You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
   • Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.

Online payment

This feature allows clients to make an online payment through:

• Debit cards from chilean banks:
  
• Credit cards from chilean banks:
  
• Prepaid cards.

To make an online payment using Onepay, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is completed, Flow will immediately notify the business (client user) about the payment made.

1. First, the customer must select Onepay as the payment method:
2. Next, you must select the type of payment, which can be Onepay or a bank:
3. If the customer is on a computer, they must scan the QR code using the Onepay application previously installed on their mobile phone. On the other hand, if the customer is on a mobile phone, the application will open automatically.
4. To continue, the customer must confirm the payment in their Onepay app:
5. Once the authentication data has been entered correctly, Onepay will confirm the online payment:
6. In turn, Flow will immediately notify about the payment made:
   • A payment notice will be sent to the business.
   • A proof of payment will be sent to the customer.
   • If the business uses any integration API, their system will be notified online about the payment made.
