Khipu
In Flow it is possible to pay and receive payments through bank transfers via Khipu.
I have a business and I want to activate bank transfer via Khipu in my Flow account
- If you don't have a Flow account yet, you can create an account here. In the registration form, you can select the payment methods you want to activate.
- If you already have a Flow account and want to add Khipu to your payment methods, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Flow account.
- Go to the Medios de pago menu.
- Click on the Editar datos button.
- Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
- Click on the Guardar cambios button.
- You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
- Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.
Online payment
This feature allows clients to make an online payment using:
Bank transfers from chilean banks:

To make an online payment by bank transfer, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is made, Flow will immediately notify the merchant (ordering user) about the payment made.
- First, the customer must select bank transfer via Khipu as the payment method:
- Una vez que haya seleccionado su banco, debe ingresar su rut y clave bancaria y seguir las instrucciones señaladas por la plataforma. Es importante señalar que cada banco podría tener condiciones especiales al momento de realizar una transferencia, como por ejemplo un monto mínimo requerido para poder transferir.
- Once you have selected your bank, you must enter your RUT and bank code and follow the instructions indicated by the platform. It is important to note that each bank may have special conditions when making a transfer, such as a minimum amount required to be able to transfer.
- Flow will wait for confirmation from Khipu about the payment.
- Once payment is confirmed, Flow will notify the payment made:
- A payment notice will be sent to the business.
- A proof of payment will be sent to the customer.
- If the business uses any integration API, their system will be notified online about the payment made.
- Finally, the customer:
- Will be directed to the Flow success page, where they will be shown information about their payment.
- If the merchant uses an integration API, this page will not be displayed and they will be directed to the merchant's success page.
