Flowpay
In Flow you can pay and receive payments using Flowpay:
Online payment: Bank credit cards, bank debit cards and prepaid cards.
I am a commerce and I want to activate FlowPay in my Flow account
- If you do not have a Flow account yet, you can create an account here. In the registration form you can select the payment methods you want to activate.
- If you already have a Flow account and want to add Flowpay to your payment methods, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Flow account.
- Go to the Payment methods menu.
- Click on the Edit data button.
- Select the payment method(s) you want to activate and choose the rate.
- Click on the Save changes button.
- You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
- Once you enter the security code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.
Online payment
This option allows customers to pay online using:
- Debit cards from national banks:
- Credit cards from national banks:
- Prepaid cards
To make an online payment using FlowPay, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is made, Flow will immediately notify the commerce (mandating user) about the payment made.
- First, the customer must select FlowPay as the payment method:
- Next, they must enter their card information. The system will automatically detect the type of card entered.
- If the customer has a Flow account, they can sign in to access their saved payment methods and pay quickly and securely
- If the customer selects Installments, they must choose the number of payments and complete the transaction.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the customer will be informed that the transaction has been successfully made:
- In turn, Flow will immediately notify the payment made:
- A payment notice will be sent to the merchant.
- A payment receipt will be sent to the customer.
- If the merchant uses any integration API, your system will be notified online about the payment made.
- Finally, the customer:
- Will be directed to the Flow success page, where information about their payment will be shown.
- If the merchant uses an integration API, this page will not be displayed and they will be directed to the merchant's success page.
