What are the requirements to use a payment link?

• You need to have a fully registered account with Flow.
• You must be of legal age and have a bank account.

What is the minimum sales amount allowed?

You can make sales starting from $350.

Are refunds available?

Yes, if you want to refund a customer, you need to log in Flow and enter the ‘Reembolso’ section. Then, go to ‘Nuevo’ and select the refund order number.

If you do not have the necessary funds, you can transfer the amount to the Flow account. For more information go to the Refund page.

To issue a refund using the Flow REST API, you must do so through the refund service. To view the documentation, click here.

What is the cost of using Flow?

• Flow's service is free of charge for the payer.

• Flow charges a commission for its services only to those who receive the money through the platform. Flow's commission will depend on the business day selected for the deposit:
  The first business day following the payment has a cost of 3.19% + VAT
  The third business day following the payment has a cost of 2.89% + VAT

• There is no fixed periodic cost, registration cost or maintenance cost.

Where can I see the details of my sales?

Log in to our Customer Portal. In the Tus ventas section, you can find the details of your transactions and their current status.

How much should I charge to receive the amount I need?

You can use our Simulator, a tool created for our clients. It will help you calculate the amount you need to charge to receive the amount you need for your product or service.

Is it necessary to have business activities?

Yes, we remind you that if you have a business and frequently offer products or services, you must keep your start of activities up to date.

By application of the LCT, starting in April 2025, all payment platforms and/or operators will have the legal obligation to require their businesses to prove that they have carried out the procedure to start their activity before the SII, in addition to proving tax compliance, by means of the granting of a certificate that you can obtain directly from your SII portal. This obligation will also apply to foreign businesses that want to process through a payment platform in Chile, regarding their registration in the simplified VAT declaration and payment regime before the SII.

The person who declares that their activity is not subject to the obligation to start activities may be exempt from the obligation, and Flow will be obliged to annually inform the SII of the persons and entities that declare that they are exempt from this obligation, the number of operations and the accumulated amount thereof. In addition, at the request of the SII, Flow must report the number of operations and the accumulated amount thereof for specific businesses.
